چکیده
Three-dimensional geoelectrical surveys are widely used to map the subsurface in areas with complex geology. Field survey methods using offset pole–dipole and dipole–dipole arrays have been proposed large efficiently. However, it has found that negative apparent resistivity values sometimes encountered contrasts, particularly when offsets between current electrodes potential dipoles used. The vector array configuration makes two measurements of electric field at each station right angles avoids this problem. combined measured is independent orientation receiver station. amplitude value always positive. Fast computation of optimized electrode arrays for 2D resistivity surveys
Four different methods to automatically select an optimal set of array configurations that gives the maximum resolution of the subsurface with a limited number of measurements for 2D electrical imaging surveys were tested. The first method (CR method) directly calculates the change in the model resolution for each new array added to the base data set, and uses this to select array configuration...
متن کامل3D gravity data-space inversion with sparseness and bound constraints
One of the most remarkable basis of the gravity data inversion is the recognition of sharp boundaries between an ore body and its host rocks during the interpretation step. Therefore, in this work, it is attempted to develop an inversion approach to determine a 3D density distribution that produces a given gravity anomaly. The subsurface model consists of a 3D rectangular prisms of known sizes ...
متن کاملDC resistivity surveys
Using the same colour scheme as the flow diagram above, Figure 2 shows how this conceptual framework applies for DC methods. The energy source is a pair of electrodes that inject a well-known current into the ground at known locations (Fig. 2a). The earth affects this energy because variations in the electrical conductivity of subsurface structures will bend the current flow lines (Fig. 2b). Th...
